In view of universal necessity to restore cost-sustainable rate levels, IRSA recommend weekly RR plans in December 2017 as follows:-
Effective 1st December, 2017
   RR of USD.300/TEU, USD.600/FEU
Effective 8th December, 2017
   RR of USD.300/TEU, USD.600/FEU
Effective 15th December, 2017
   RR of USD.300TEU, USD.600/FEU
Effective 22nd December, 2017
   RR of USD.300/TEU, USD.600/FEU
Effective 29th December, 2017
   RR of USD.300/TEU, USD.600/FEU
It is also recommended that the foregoing RR guideline shall be applicable to all market segments from Japan to Red Sea ports within IRSA scope.
