Please find the new applicable CMA CGM Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates(*) as follows as from April 8th, 2017 (date of loading at the origin ports in U.A.E.) and until further notice:

Below are the FAK rates for a sample list of port pairs, commodities and container types where the rate increase is effective.

These new FAK rates will apply as follows:

• Origin Range: From United Arab Emirates ports Jebel Ali and Khor Fakkan
• Destination Range: To Mogadishu, Somalia
• Date of application: From April 8th, 2017 (date of loading at origin ports) and until further notice

(*) These rates include the Basic freight. They are subject to the Bunker related surcharges, the THC (Origin and/or Destination), the Peak Season charges and similar charges and the Security related surcharges which are accessible at http://www.cma-cgm.com/ebusiness/tariffs/charge-finder. Other charges such as Contingency charges and local charges may also apply.

Other port pairs, commmodities and container types including reefer which have not been listed herein may also be subject to increase.

FAK Rates – From West Med, Black Sea and Adriatic to Far East, Middle East, Red Sea and India

These new FAK rates will apply as follows:

• Origin Range: From all West Med, Black Sea and Adriatic main ports
• Destination Range: To all Asian, Gulf, Red Sea and India base ports mentioned above. All outports in Asia and Mediterranean will be subject to additional surcharges
• Cargo: Dry, OOG, Paying empties and Breakbulk
• Date of application: From May 1st, 2017 (date of loading in the origin ports) and until further notice
